How long should a deployment build run

I started the deployment utility and it reports

The Build Status is

Processing VIs...

Press F1 for Help does not respond. 

That was over 20 minutes  ago and there is no disk activity. There are about 80 IVs. About how long should this take?

Have been watching TM. LV gets real busy using 50% of one core for 3-4 minutes then drops to 0 CPU usage and no I/O. Application view says Deployment is running and LV is not responding. I minimized TS editor to make sure I wasn't missing any dialogs. It built 1 time and had several warnings about no relative paths. I changed my  directory settings (and changed back) and it has not completed again after many attempts.

This time when I killed the non responsive LV task another one sprang up then became non-responsive. When I killed it the build finished:

Please provide the Detailed_Installer.log file (located in the Temp directory, for XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Local Settings\Temp\) and the DeploymentUtility.log file (located in the TestStand CFG directory, <TestStand>\CFG) from the development machine that you are attempting to build the deployment on. You can attach them to a reply to this thread.

Also, it might be useful for you to inform us of the configuration for your deployment. If you're building an installer, what are you including in this installer? Is it simply files, or are you including additional installers such as the TestStand Engine, LabVIEW Run-Time Engine, or some other component? If this is the case, try building an installer that only installs files (no additional installers/components).

If you believe the problem might be caused by the files that you are trying to deploy, try removing some of the files from the deployment and see if it builds successfully. Basically, simplify your deployment to the point when it builds successfully, and then slowly re-incorporate pieces back into it until you encounter the problem, this will hopefully lead us to the cause of the problem.

Thanks for inquiring.

I was able to build all but the workspace successfully. The logs for this are prefaced with  AllButWS.

Building the workspace only hangs. I have included two sets of logs, the first when labView becomes unresponsive. The 2nd set after killing the labView task and the deployment task restarts labView.
