NI max on my laptop do not recognize Digital Oscilloscope and Waveform Generator

Hi, I tried to connect to TBS 2000B Series Digital Oscilloscope and 33500B Waveform Generator to my laptop via NI Max through USB. It did not work out, NI Max does not show any devices connected to my laptop. However, when I tried to connect via my colleague's laptop, it worked. Should I reinstall the NI Max or what I should do? The laptop which I use is a corporate so it does not have any programs on it.

Yet, sounds pretty much like you are missing the drivers for this device on your computer. I guess VISA is missing
