Recurring VIs

When I run this sequence, the VI just keeps on repeating non stop (like opening 1 instance every 0.1s). Is it possible to retain this screen open when the while loop is running, so that I could adjust the fill bar? After multiple adjustments, I would then click on the stall button to exit the while loop. Thank you.

What I meant by recurring VIs for which I cannot interact with the front panel at all.
