Hello. I would like to have this sequence converted from TestStand 19.0.0.170 to TestStand 17.0.0.184.

You posted in the Version Conversion board for LabVIEW.  (See note 2 in the Rules at the top of the Version Conversion board).

Requests to convert versions of other NI software is very uncommon, thus there are no boards dedicated to other software.

I've moved your message to the teststand board where someone who browses that forum would be able to help you.
