STS PAT definition

Hi all,

For the STS PAT parameter define. Can someone help to explain it.

From my understanding that measuring first batch(35EA)DUTs,

0-20 using normal limit,after 21 using PAT limit,and what about of Window Size:500.

Any reply will be highly appreciated.
