Teststand ASAM XIL step: VeriStand binaries could not be loaded and executed

Hi all. I use Teststand 2021 64-bit and Veristand 2021R3 (win 10 x64).

I open C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2021 (64-bit)\Examples\ASAM XIL\VeriStand Project\ASAM XIL.nivsproj  (from administrator) and deploy it.

Open C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2021 (64-bit)\Examples\ASAM XIL\Parametrization.seq (from administrator) and run it.

On step 2 i get error:

Error executing substep 'Post'.
VeriStand binaries could not be loaded and executed

Windows defender is off. What could be the problem?
