To develop Custom UI in C#

Hi, 

I am relatively new to teststand. 
I need to create an UI to display around 15 values to user. Based on the value selected by the user the limits of the test changes. 
Can please someone help me to display those 15 values or can point me to any particular example doing the same.
It would be very helpful..
