missing "api-ms-win" dll in Teststand sequence

I am trying to reuse a legacy TestStand 4,0 code which is running in a WinXP computer. I am planning to use it in a Win10 pc with TestStand 17.0.  I am getting these below missing dll in my laptop with Win10 but it is working fine on another laptop with Win10.
Both Laptops are having same drivers, Teststand and cvi installed.

I believe these are windows based dll. I tried to install Windows SDK but it is showing that the SDK in my laptop is already a latest one.

I also tried SFC, (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth) and (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth) on the command prompt, but nothing helped.

Any support will be much appreciated.

I met the similar issue here, i try to update from winXP to win10, lot's of dll not found just like what you see, i had to launch to win7 instead of win10.

I tried on Windows 7 pc and it is not showing those missing dll errors.
this is a temporary solution since I need to run it on a Windows 10 pc, but still this is a progress.
