OK you can uninstall a lot of that stuff and that will help.
Uninstall these items unless you are specifically sure you are using them (I don't know everything you're up to )
I'm specifically interested if uninstalling #24 helps but I'm pretty sure you dont need any of that other stuff either

I have uninstalled the ones you listed. Attached is the list of what is left. I am still not able to deploy and get the same error.

Attached is what I get when I run the exe. As soon as I open the exe file it shows error code 7 but changes once I run it.

the error at start up is expected. the error 63 means we need to turn on VI server on your target.
follow this video to paste server.tcp.enabled=True into your target's ini file and reboot it.

Wait a moment for it to reboot, then follwo those instructions again for the exe.

OK add these lines to the rt ini as well under the LVRT section
