Hi,

I have the same error code: 537020.  I was trying to opne an existing fpgaconfig file to.

To save time I have attached the file.

Thanks for validating the reason why it fails to open it.

The reason of the error is that I've not implemented the parsing of the <InitialValue> element on packets. Since it's optional, it's not parsed by VCE. I'm planning to release a fix in the upcoming days. You can workaround the error by removing the <InitialValue> tag from all boolean elements and try again. It's not elegant but it can be an easy short term fix.
