NI Scope not seeing cards after new card installed

I have a PXIe 1073 chassis and had two PXIe 5114 2 channel scopes installed on it.  Everything worked as expected.  I recently added a PXIe 5160 (4 channel scope) and not NI-Scope soft front panel won't see any cards in my chassis (error pop-up in atachment, but it just says it doesn't see anything and asks to rescan).

I see the chassis and the three cards in the NI-MAX but I feel like I used to see more information about the chassis and cards (like the card temperatures) before so I feel like something is off.  I attached two screen shots of what I see in NI-MAX.  

I am not even sure what to try to debug this problem.  I updated the NI-Scope from 14 to 15 hoping that would help but that did not change anything (the problem happened before I upgraded, not just after).  If you want me to try anything and report back I will gladly do that.

Hi GreenRiver,

Looking at the pictures, this looks like there might be an issue with the MAX database. Take a look at your USB devices, those look like something went wrong there too. In the link, you’ll find the steps for resetting the MAX database. Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
