I have a NI PCI 4351 24 bit AI board that I am tring to use with Labview 2009 on Win XP with DAQ 7.44. Every time I place one of the 4351's vl's on the Block Diagram I receive an error message that states that this vi is to old to be converted to this version of Labview.
So I guess my question is, "What is the latest version of Labview to be compatable with the PCI4351 board on Win XP and DAQ 7.44?"

Hi Eudemon,
According to the following documentation the 4351 device is compatable with both Windows XP and Traditional DAQ 7.4.4. Also, LabVIEW 2009 is compatable with Windows XP. What are the specific VIs that are throwing this error?
NI-DAQ Driver Support: http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/6910/en/
Windows Version Compatibility with LabVIEW: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/17/labview-and-microsoft-windows-compatibi...

All of the VI's that are specifically for my 4351 (initialize, Source, Close) will cause the error.
I have included a screen shot of the error message.

It appears those VI's were created in LabVIEW 5. In order to open this VI in LabVIEW 2009 you will need to save them in an intermediate versoin of LabVIEW (LabVIEW 6 or above). You can confirm this on the chart in the link below.

There is an NI forum which allows you to post VI's and other users will convert them for you, see the link below.
