Hi all,
I am using PXle-6570 module card
may I know what is the difference between the system pin and DUT pin state in the pin map editor inside the digital patter editor software?

A System Pin is common to all Sites, a Site Pin exists on each site.
I would recommend you taking up this course to better familiarize with the instrument - https://learn.ni.com/learning-paths/device-testing-with-digital-pattern-instruments
Or you would end up spending several weeks or months just you get hold of the basics through the forum and material available.

Hi, Santo
thanks for the reply.
I have 32 pins DUT needed to test in pxle 6570 using 8 sites means 1 site connected 4 pins of DUT and the ni software shows me some error:
Warning. An error might occur at run-time. The following pins in the pin map are not connected: DUTPin10_PA - Sites: 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
may I know how to solve this issue?

Probably you got the basics of Digital Pattern instrument all wrong.
How many pins of your DUT are actually connected to 6570? and how many site?
Please share your PinMap

Hi Santo,
Actually, I do not understand the concept of a site could you explain more about it?
Below is the DUT pin I needed to test

In that case, you are in not the right skillset to program and use a 6570 instrument. I would highly recommend taking up this course - https://learn.ni.com/learning-paths/device-testing-with-digital-pattern-instruments
You've 17 pins of your DUT connected to 6570 but you want to test 8 sites.
17 pins per DUT x 8 sites = 136 channels but a single 6570 has only 32 channels, do you have extra 6570s?

Oh, actually your company has to purchase the course.
PPMU - Pin Parametric Measurement Unit
This is like a high density low power Source Measure Unit, you use this feature to power low-power devices, perform basic tests like continuity and digital leakage.

and the site in the pin map editor what mean by site?
Best regards,
Alex

Unfortunately, this will end up me training you over the forums, which is quite demanding.
As I recommended, please ask your company to purchase the course, so you can be trained to do your job effectively.
