Currently in my PXI-8169 I have 4 cards hooked up to the chassis plus a card with 4 Etherenet ports. The chassis is the PXI-1006
In the 8th slot I have a DAQTron(PXI-2101) Which is completely undetected.
12th and 14h I have National Instrument's 6508 Digital I/O card.
In the 16th slot I have a similar looking card only labeled Pickering with purple lines surrounding it. In NI-MAX its recognized under Devices and interfaces as PCI-GPIB...etc.
The two other 6508's are detected in the same spot as the PCI-GPIB, however they both tell me windows doesnt have the driver associated with them.
On top of all this, the Chassis shows every slot except the slot the 8196 is in as unknown/empty.
So to summarize I have a few questions:
-Where can I get the drivers for these devices/How can i detect them without it?
-How can I get the PXI to recognize the devices in the chassis?
-What steps would I take to detect these devices?
Software info:

Hi SoliddKuess,
In order to detect PXI modules and chassis you need the PXI Platform Services driver. PXI Platform Services 15.1 is compatible with the 8169 controller: http://www.ni.com/download/pxi-platform-services-15.1/6032/en/
Once you have this driver installed you should be able to detect your devices

Thanks, that helped a bunch. The devices are now detected under the chassis however there still appears to be some driver issues with the 6508's

For anyone who has a similar problem with the drivers. I highly recommend trying this. It may be a huge file but thats how I know it will probably work for you guys as it did me.
I used the 2016 version because my PXI is running XP but you could probably use whichever you want.
