You can contact National Instruments RMA department who can give you an exact price. They can also check if the chassis is still under warranty for you. If you call 866-275-6964 and create a service request an Applications Engineer can help troubleshoot with you, and then get you in contact with the RMA department. It is best if you can have the serial number of the chassis so the RMA department can look up information on your chassis.
