A replacement product for the PXI 4472 would be the PXIe-4492. It's important to know that it is a different form factor and will have different features but it is the recommended upgrade.

No problem! 

Unfortunately there is no direct VXI-USB replacement. There are some other options including MXI-Express, but we are slowly moving away from the VXI technology.
