When can I Register for technical sessions?

Please take a look at the attached screenshoot.

Since April you are able to download the programm from 2015!

I am just wondering in about 2 weeks the event starts. Or is it well that we can download 2016 programm for NIWeek 2017 ?!?

Thank you. The NIWeek 2015 Program is being removed and the NIWeek 2016 Schedule added. Sorry for any confusion.
