String constant or comment to enum

If a comment or a string constant is selected then its getting converted to an enum constant.

If an enum constant is selected then it is converted to a string constant:

[1984]

Version2 uploaded: it can convert an enum constant back to a string constant

This is cool. FYI, the new "Quick Change" feature in LabVIEW 2023 Q3 can do something similar. It can change free labels (but not string constants) into enums. You can see it from around 2:25 in the following video: What's new in LabVIEW 2023 Q3 - YouTube
