Problem: IF 2nd HD of rev D is worse than Rev A Detail: Set IF frequency to 5.2GHz and power to -10 dBm, check 2nd HD. Rev A is about <-40dBc and Rev D is -36dBc Effect: Customer DUT 2nd HD –IF measurement result is much worse than previous data Current solution: Change prefilter gain to -20dB to decrease 2nd HD generated by RF chain. The result is good and test data is correlated. Customer accept it. Result is shown below Next Step\Questions: Need confirmation for risk evaluation. (what’s the recommended value for prefilter gain for better HD in 5831) As SG two tone in Rev D is much better than rev A but HD is worse. I think we make it on purpose. Is there any application note to describe what kind of setting can get better two tone, HD? In future release, is it possible to set High power mode and High HD mode for mmwave to standardize application in field. Is there any schedule? (Our STS measure core need merger this function in future)
