Has anyone had any success in getting the example in the link below to run?

The FPGA code compiles fine, and the Host VI runs without any errors. I am using the latest Almanac and Ephemeris files for the GPS/GNSS Toolkit. The code runs but I don't seem to be getting any signal out of the VST.
The Host VI seems to be generating the GPS data fine, and passing it to the Output Stream FIFO on the FPGA, but the data seems to get lost on the FPGA somewhere between the FIFO and the RF Output.
Does anyone have any suggestions or thing to look out for in the FPGA code?
