Problems with cRIO 9038 - FPGA cannot be viewed in MAX

Hello everyone,

I face a strange problem with cRIO 9038. I have a working project, which was used on cRIO 9082 which employes six C-measurement modules on FPGA and one 9862 CAN module. When I wanted to move this project to cRIO 9038, I encountered an unstable behaviour of 9862, which was sometimes not recognized and the indication LEDs stayed inactive with no effect being externally powered, or not. Sometimes, a restart of cRIO or reinstalling the cRIO drivers helped, but it did not take efect after a next restart. During this, I was able to ping the cRIO and to see it in MAX.

After several attempts to fix this issue, I was not able to connect the cRIO in the LV project. I tried to check the MAX and although I could see the cRIO, I cannot see its FPGA target and I cannot ping it. I also saw, that the cRIO got renamed spontaneously. This already happened once on this device, but it was sent for a repair by NI and since then, this was the first attempt to use it in the project. I don't know, what was the original issue, but the problem seems to be the same as before.

The FPGA LED blinks with the period set in the code, so I believe that the problem is in the RT system, or by not recognizing the FPGA by cRIO.

Did anyone of you face a simillar problem? IP setting on the computer and cRIO is correct (IP adress 169.254.32.110 with the mask 255.255.255.0 on the computer and IP adress 169.254.32.112 on cRIO).

Thank you in advance!
