Real time line graph plot

I want to plot a line graph using LabVIEW.In x axis (time) interval for  1 hr(ex:7.30,8.30,etc) in y axis actual values.Both the x and y axis are varry.Actually I have 3 shift.one from 7.30 AM to 4PM another 4.00 PM to 12.30 AM and so on. I have a target values per shift it vary depends upon shift. And actual production values.(ex:targrt-500,actual-350) and time(x axis) 1 hr.How to plot?
