I am laying the ground work for an involved RT application and am running into an issue:
I have a main front panel that lives on my cRIO that populates a network stream I use for a scope-type display and data recording on my windows PC.
All is well when I run the RT program from the project explorer, my cRIO shows ~30% cpu utilization. However, when I build and deploy as an RT application my CPU utilization increased to ~80-90% when I pull up my remote front panel. To view the remote panel I am invoking the RP.Open Connection To Server in my windows PC rather than through a web browser.
What is the difference between viewing the front panel through the project explorer vs. veiwing as a remote panel of a deployed executable?
Thanks,
Corey
