Server does not support Remote panel - cRIO 9074

Dear all,

I am trying to test the remote panel with web server on LV2015 but it always shows "Server does not support Remote Panel". I have already researched some similar topic but still can not find out the solution for my situation.
Now I will show the software system as well as my procedure to make my project.

Hi d4nvjpl0ng4n,

 

I tried to recreate the issue you’re seeing on my end, and I haven’t been able to so far. It’s possible that something in the configuration of the project is getting in the way of publishing to the Web Server. Can you try making a new, blank project, adding your RIO, making a simple VI to publish, and seeing if you see the same behavior?

 

Also, because this is both time-sensitive, and a more complicated issue, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team for help. You’ll want to make a Service Request on ni.com/support, then you can call in to our Support line for more in-depth assistance than the forums are suited for.

I have opened a new service request. At the last step, they said that they sent me a confirmation email, but i still do not receive any email so far. 😞

Hi d4nvjpl0ng4n,

 

I'm not sure why you didn't receive your confirmation email. When you created the Service Request, though, you should have been provided with a Service Request number. Take that number and call into our Support Line (866-275-6964)- you'll be connected with one of our Applications Engineers who can help you work through the issue. This will probably be your best bet for getting in touch with Support quickly, as it sounds like the email system isn't behaving the way you expect.

Hmm, that does sound odd. It may have gone to your spam folder, or it's possible that you set up the SR with a typo in the email address field. Have you had any luck calling in on the issue?
