I have a DAQ NI USB 6251 that is connected to the PC and I am trying to make the communication through Multisim version 14 but I am not able to do it, so I think that maybe I'm doing something wrong.
The procedure that I’m doing is as follows:
- On Mutlsim 14, clicking on Place NI Component I choose my DAQ NI-USB-6251 (Mass.Term.). The image obtained is represented at http://prntscr.com/hydupy;
- Then I choose and select an AO to test;
- To make a test, I have opted for a very simple circuit (I only put a 2V power supply), and run Multisim;
- In the virtual oscilloscope I actually get the 2V but in the output of the DAQ NI USB 6251 I get nothing, no signal, it seems that it is not communicating (Circuit http://prntscr.com/hyfimi)
.
Is it possible to help me by saying if I'm doing something wrong, or to send me an easy example so I can test if I can use Multsim to communicate with my DAQ.
I also send you the Multisim file created to be easier to analyze.
Grateful for your attention,
José Lopes
