NI cRIO 9024 with the Quanser Rotary Inverted Pendulum

Dear , 

 

I am trying to connect the cRIO-9024 with the Quanser Rotary Inverted Pendulum(RIP), using LabView 2013 SP1. The connection with the RIP using cRIO-9024 has been connected or Deployed. When I run the code, I received the following error. 

 

Possible reason(s):

Support for the given board type does not appear to be installed. Verify that you have selected the correct card in the HIL Initialize block or hil_open function.
