Error installing ViBox - Probes v1.3.0.21 on LabView 2013

When attempting to install ViBox - Probes v1.3.0.21 on 32 bit LabView 2013 with a Win7 64 bit machine through the VIPM utility, I receive the following error:

Error Message: VIPM could not install the package saphir_lib_vibox_probes-1.3.0.21 .
Error Code: 8

It looks like a permissions problem. Run VIPM with admin priviladges and try again.
