Hey Sacramento LabVIEW Users,
Our next Sacramento Area LabVIEW User Group Meeting will be Thursday, May 17th at Sac State in Sequoia 232 at 7pm. I think this will be a very interesting topic for anyone who regularly or semi-regularly programs in LabVIEW, so I hope to see you there. As always, pizza and beer will be provided!
Topic: Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Functional Global Variables
Functional global variables (FGVs) are a great alternative to using the built-in global variables in LabVIEW. However many people are unaware of what they are or how to utilize them. The goal of this session is to promote the responsible use of FGVs so you know when to use them and when to use other methods for global data storage.
