Data Synchronization in USRP-2955

When I use USRP-2955, I need to keep the phase difference of the data uploaded by 2955 unchanged, that is, synchronization. Find the example of "2955 streaming" in the example finder. There are four FIFOs in the example, displaying data on the host computer. But when I duplicate the data of two FIFOs in the lower computer and upload them, my own simple upper computer reads the FIFO and displays the image, showing that the data is not synchronous, and the phase difference is changing constantly. I want to know why I guide it. Caused by? Is it that the host computer reading in the example is still unknown?

In other words, I want to use the data collected by USRP-2955, upload it with my own FIFO, and see the data synchronization on the PC. But I failed. The example FIFO display was synchronized, but my own FIFO display was not synchronized. I don't understand why?
