Inquiry about PCI-MIO-16XE-50

Hello,

I have a PCI-MIO-16XE-50 device for reading load cell data.

I plugged my PCI device into my computer and found that my computer does not work.

Although the computer is one, the monitor and keyboard do not light up and do not work.

When I disassembled my computer, I saw other pins on the opposite side of the mounting surface (attached photo).

Do I need to connect this pin to my computer?

Or is my computer not working because my PCI device is broken?

Thank you so much.

Non, it is RTSI connector. You don't have to use it if you don't require board synchronization.

The device might be broken because it is very old product.

Why don't you contact NI and ask rental product to break down the issue into parts.
