Hi.
We're looking for possible solutions to measuring voltages higher than 300VAC rms (closer to 350VAC rms) using the 9225 cRIO module (or even one of the +/-10V analog modules).
Our application is fairly space constrained so traditional use of PTs/etc may not be suitable.
We also need the solution to have fairly decent frequency response to about 10kHz. Would anyone have any off-the-shelf solutions or suggestions?

If the 600 V channel to channel isolation of the NI 9225 is sufficient for your application, you might consider a 2:1 voltage divider in front of the NI 9225. This would certainly be the simplest approach. That would make the input range 600 V. If necessary a voltage clamping device rated at 300 V could be added to protect the input module.
If you need more isolation, you will need to look at other techniques.

Hi Lynn.
We're really looking for a ready made/off the shelf solution to avoid any certification issues/etc.

I cannot help there. I am not familiar with what might be available with certification.

Maybe an interface module like the 2811103 MCR-VAC-UI-O-DC from Phoenix contact is a solution. Not the frequency response you want but it is a start.
There are more manufacturers that produce interface module like this one.
