I am currently using PCI-6133 with BNC-2110. I am currently working on piezo sensor, and sometimes voltage from sensor passes 10V, which is voltage limit. I tried attenuating signal using probe attenuator ( 1MOhm to 10MOhm) which didn't bring me much success. Can anyone please help me how i can attenuate signal to 2times to 10times?

You can build an attentuator but...
since the input impedance is about 100 MOhm you should use two resistors and a tuning capacitor ..
If you use the standard 10:1 scope probe you need to add a 1 Meg* Ohm resistor at the 2110 input .
*) more precisely the input impedance of ~100Meg in parallel with your additional resistor should match 1 MegOhm
You need a calibration anyway ... and adjust the capacitve compensation (see scope probe manual .. apply a square wave and tune the cap to get a square)
