need help

I am doing my project to make a indication system for flutter for compresser of gas turbine engine . In that case I use DAQ card and when i take the FFT of acqired signal I got many frequency components so how can i compaire the amplitude of each component to each other , please tell me what are the block used and how can i do this . Please tell me as soon as possible . Need help

If the frequency components which you wish to compare are all fairly clear of the noise floor, you could use the Waveform Peak Detection VI to identify the frequency and amplitude of each component.
