thermocouple readings saturated in SCXI-1303

I have an existing VI that reads 28 k type thermocouples. I connected a different SCXI-1000 mainframe with scxi 1600 and scxi-1303 modules. The components are recognized but when I run the VI, I get saturated readings on each channel (10VDC). Is there a reset or configuration step that I need to make? Sincerely Peter Goguen

Hello pgoguen,

Do you still have the old SCXI-1000? If you plug your modules in here, does it have the same behavior?

Also you can reset the devices from NI Max, you can right click on them and select the Reset option.

Hi Daniel - Thank you for the message! It turns out that the issue is the SCXI 1600 in the SCXI -1000 box. I swapped that out with another one and we were able to read the thermocouple channels.
