Error -307703 When Adding vsmodel to VeriStand

Dear Support,

 

I am getting an attached error while importing the "dot-SO(MATLAB compiled model)" file in veristand.

I have installed the following versions of the software

  1. Veristand -2020 R6

2.MATLAB -2020bveristand 2020r6 error while importing dot so matlab2020b.JPG

 

to resolve this error, I followed this link https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000ovw5CAA&l=en-IN                   

but got the same error.

 

Please assist me to solve this error.
