NIST 800-171 requirement 3.2.1 requires that you "Provide security literacy training to new system users and when there are system changes, and that you update that training when needed.
We've created an online training series to provide basic security literacy for test system security. There are 4 parts of the series, which are available from:

These are free to anyone with an active software product.
These trainings will help your team meet this NIST requirement. You may need to create an additional system-specific training to explain specifics of your exact system or your company policies, but we hope that this series saves your team some time to become compliant with this training requirement.
