Hello,
Last year, we had a roboRIO on one of our team's test benches stop functioning, and after working through several steps in this post, we were ultimately not successful in reviving it and had to have an RMA. This year, we unfortunately have the RIO on the other test bench that is now exhibiting identical behavior and responds the same way to all of the steps we tried last time around. I am happy to try additional troubleshooting steps to get this one back online, but would also like to request a replacement unit if that is still possible.
