RoboRio 2.0: Broken USB B Port

The center pin in our RoboRio's USB B port is missing and we are getting USB Device Not Recognized errors when we try to connect to it.

Please advise.

Please go to your account » My Settings » Preferences » You will see a drop down menus with the option "Preference options" » Click it and select "Private Messenger" » Check the turn on private messages box.

I don't see that as an option.
