RoboRio 2.0 - Starting Robot Code Loop and other Errors

Hello FRC1501 here:

We have a RoboRio 2.0 that is giving us some problems.
We have formatted it. Imaged it backwards and forwards.

It has intermittent issues running code and unexplained CAN BUS errors previously trying to get it to work correctly.

Now it is stuck in "Starting Robot Code" loop.

We replaced this Rio with a new one, and the code and image we was running on this one runs no problems on the new one.

Is there an RMA service we can pay for to have this repaired and fixed?
