Roborio 1 CAN Bus Dead

Hello, we are looking to have a Rio1 repaired for what we have tested and believe to be a dead CAN bus on the Rio. We tested multiple devices separately connected to the Rio's CAN bus and when checking with tools such as the CTRE Tuner X we did not get any devices appearing on the CAN bus. We tested with a different Rio and did not have the issues. 

The Rio 1 is updated with latest firmware and image for FRC 2025. Please advise.

Before proceeding with a repair ticket, can you please ensure that there are no metal remainings in the CAN bus? Vacuuming the device or blowing it with compressed air is recommended.

Hi Juan, I have cleaned out the Rio1 but will not get a chance to test it out until Wednesday. I did not see any significant debris inside when I was cleaning it.

I understand. We can wait for the update on Wednesday and then put a repair ticket is needed.
