Team 2992 has a Roborio v1 that has been corrupted/bricked and we are unable to recover. Constant flashing status LED. We are unable to boot it into Safe Mode. Roborio imaging tool (run with Admin privileges) fails having tried with multiple machines and via both USB and Ethernet ports. We have tried the USB recovery process using multiple different USB sticks (including one stick we have used to recover several Roborios before successfully) without any joy.
We have two veteran CSAs on the team who have attempted individually and jointly the various recovery options (including following the procedures outlined at https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000kOHkCAM&l=en-US ). We have successfully recovered RIOs on several occasions for both ourselves and several other teams using the exact same USB stick.
Please advise on recommended next steps? Is an RMA possible on Roborio 1?
