roborio stuck on blinking status light

[FRC5614]

hello i am from FRC team 5614 from isreal 

i have been encountering some problem with my roborio its blinking on the status light and doesnt let me do anything with it 

i have tried:

1. putting on a new SD card from a roborio that works 

2. imaging the SD card 

3. cleaning the SD card port with a compressed air can 

if anyone encountered the same please share your opinion on the matter

the problem is with a roborio 2 unit, and yes we followed the guide that you linked tried to do it several times and sadly it didnt fix the issue
