Create new and flat controllers

Hello everyone,

I need to create modern controllers for the application of the company I work for

Is there any complete tutorial that teaches how to completely change the look of the controllers? (Table, string control, number control, combobox, graph, etc.)

Usually people just use the System controls so it looks like a modern Windows program, but if you want to change LV ones you just r-click and Advanced -> Customize and then you can switch between Spanner and Pincer mode and change stuff as icons for up/down arrows and such.

I find the NXG controls are usually a better starting point. They look close enough to System, usually a little better, and they're not locked down like System controls, so you can change colors and whatnot.
