Ettus X310 is not detected by NI-USRP Configuration Utility

Hi,

I have a problem with the connectivity of an X310 equipped with 2 TwinRx via a PXI to a PC. NI MAX is able to recognize the module ideally, as well as the computer itself after running uhd_find_devices.exe.

However, NI-USRP Configuration Utility is not able to detect the USRP. When running any example in LabView they work even if they do not recognize the USRP, although it fails randomly.

When I run uhd_usrp_probe.exe it tells me to update the FPGA image, and although I have tried several times to run the command (both connected by ethernet and to the PXI) the image is not saved, and it is not able to detect the USRPs. How can I solve this?

My equipment is composed by:
-Windows 10
-LabView 2021 SP1
-NI-USRP 20.0
