No UHD Devices Found unless IP specified

I am trying to set up an N210 with a machine running RHEL 8.2 and UHD 4.2.0.1. Running uhd_find_devices returns "No UHD Devices Found" but if I specify the IP address uhd_find_devices --args="addr=192.168.10.2" then the N210 is found and shows the serial number and type. If I try to use the type or serial number as an argument, again no device is found. I can ping and probe the device successfully.

The radio is connected to a 1Gb ethernet port, not a USB3 adapter. I added updated the firewall to permit traffic from port 49152 and even tried removing all firewall rejection rules. Wireshark shows that when finding devices without the IP address specified the radio is responding.

What else could be preventing uhd_find_devices from seeing the radio?
