Attempts to get technical support with Ettus have failed. A barcode reader says the serial number is 3281D94. I also entered 3201D94 and 3261D94. All were rejected with the message
We're sorry, we don't have a match for the number you entered, or a service contract is not associated with that serial number or system.
Other parts of the website indicate that a valid service agreement is required to access technical support. These errors are shown in the attached images. Attempts to email the company returns an auto-generated reply that directs you to the support website shown. This robo email contains the content,
Effective 1 January 2024, the NI/Ettus technical support team has changed the way that we provide technical support for NI/Ettus USRP hardware and software. We have transitioned to the NI Service Request Manager (SRM) to provide direct technical support. The NI SRM system is now the primary way to obtain technical support for NI/Ettus USRP hardware and software. The NI SRM system can be used to submit new requests for technical support as well as request repairs (RMA).
