I undertand that by programmer FPGA, I can use by example Labview communnication suite, or vivado of xilinx, etc....

my question, can I programmer FPGA of USRP whit other software, matlab, gnu, etc..???

 I  have NI USRP-2942R, and a c  or c++ code software. 

how, I will introduce this program if don't possible with block labview communication?

The FPGA on the NI USRP-2942R can be programmed with either LabVIEW Communications System Design Suite or LabVIEW FPGA. USRPs available through Ettus Research can also be programmed using other languages. I recommend contacting Ettus support to learn more.
