RAW-DATA generation using USRP

hello everyone

I have USRP 2952R  and I want to use it to generate RAW DATA, by using it as Radar [TX-RX] to collect data from a target  at a fixed range away from the USRP assume the USRP as fixed Radar and the target has six equal positions as shown the attached figure,I want to transmit CW-LFM from the transmitting port of the USRP toward the target and receive the returned echoes from the target using the receiving port of the USRP and record this received data,is the USRP 2952R has the ability to do this?
