TEXT TRANSMISSION WITH USRP AND USRP RIO

HI

I am trying to build a packet transmitter with usrp and usrprio(host) and modulation toolkit ,i was able to build the packets and transmit them properly  and problem is the reciever part which is not able to detect the preamble on which my code builds on.what additional things i have to add to make my code work correctly please help me out

please provide me a solution
