Time synchronization of 2 USRP in Reception?

Hi,

I did the MIMO synchronization of 2 USRP (the master is connected to the laptop via Ethernet cable and the slave is connected to the master via Mimo cable)

my script works good---> the attached file "pilotage2USRP.vi".

I set:  master--> RefIn and PpsIn     slave-->Mimo and Mimo

          master-->apply timestamp=Now     slave-->apply timestamp= NextTimebaseEdge

But the problem is that the signals recieved by the master and the slave don't begin in the same time despite the 2 cables that connect the master and the slave to the transmitter have the same lenght ?!

How i do to get to signals that begin in the same time?

but i have problems when i run these examples! I think is a path problem ?  all examples uploaded from NI website don't work on my laptop!!
